The application form for UCEED 2025 opened on October 1, 2024.
Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for the B.Des program may apply before the last date.
Note that the candidate can apply for UCEED 2025 with both regular and late fees.
The late application fee is INR 500.
Use only genuine and verifiable information for filling out the form. This is because exam officials will verify all the details during counseling and seat allotment. If any anomaly is found, the candidate may be disqualified.
How to fill out the UCEED 2025 application form
To get registered, follow the steps listed below :
1. Online registration - Click on the registration link. You will be redirected to a registration form. Fill in details like a valid email ID and mobile number. On successful registration, an applicant account will be created.
2. Fill in the form - The application form will have sections like personal, academic, and contact details. Fill in all the sections. You will also be required to select THREE exam cities in the order of priority.
3. Upload documents - The candidate has to upload documents like a photograph, signature, date of birth proof, and qualifying exam certificates in the prescribed format.
4. Pay the application fee - The fee has to be paid in online mode. The application fee for the OPEN category is INR 4000, and INR 2000 for reserved category candidates.
The candidate needs to meet the following conditions for admission to the B.Des program offered by the UCEED 2025 participating institutes.

The step-wise admission process to the B.Des program at UCEED 2025 participating institutes is given below :
Admit cards for UCEED 2025 will be released on January 3, 2025.
The admit card will be issued to all candidates who duly complete the application process. The candidate has to download the admit card from the UCEED - IIT Bombay admission portal.
The admit card will contain details like the date and time of the UCEED 2025 exam, the name and address of the exam center, exam timings, including reporting time, and exam-day guidelines.
On the day of the exam, candidates had to bring with them a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card.
Note that no candidate will be allowed to take the exam without the admit card.
IIT Bombay will release cutoff marks for Part A on February 6, 2025. The cut-offs will be released in the form of mean and standard deviations.
Part B answer booklets will be evaluated only if the candidate meets Part cut-off marks. Also, all candidates who met the cut-off were shortlisted.

Release of UCEED 2025 admission cut-off
IIT Bombay will release the category-wise cut-off marks for admission to the B.vDes program. Candidates who meet the cut-off rank in their category are eligible for admission to the B.Des program for Round I.
